Jamaat Amir calls on everyone, including the youth, to unite
Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has called on everyone, including the youth, to unite to build a humane society.
He said this at an associate member gathering at the Taltola Halim Foundation School premises on Saturday (May 17) evening, organized by Kafrul Dakshin Police Station in Dhaka Metropolitan North.
The Jamaat Amir said that if a humane society can be established, people of all parties and religions will be able to live safely. There are two types of politicians in society. Before the elections, they talk sweet words to win votes. Later, they forget. There is another type of politician, who considers the trust given by the people as their burden. They work by giving priority to those who voted in the hope that extortion and corruption will stop.
Therefore, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman called on everyone to work together to build a humane state.
At the same time, other speakers said that there is no alternative to Jamaat-e-Islami to build a corruption-free Bangladesh. Jamaat-e-Islami wants to work to establish a society free from terrorism, robbery, and extortion.
