After that, they were given first aid locally and handed over to their families. It is known that a kind of smell is being emanated from two classrooms.
Meanwhile, as this news spread, there is panic among the guardians and the general public.
Parents of some students said, “Good people went to school in the morning. A little later, I heard that they were sick. Not just one or two. Many boys and girls are sick. We went to school, brought them, treated them locally and brought them home.”
They complained that if the teachers had taken the initiative to take action when 6 people fainted on Sunday, such a big incident would not have happened. After that, the school classrooms are very dirty. There is no security in the school. Surely some scoundrel or miscreant entered the room and sprayed anesthetic.
Acting headmaster of Kazirhat High School Md. Farhad Hossain said, “In the last two days, 41 students have fainted. A kind of smell is coming from the breath of two classrooms. Bera Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Tahmina Sultana Nila said, ‘Vapsa may have fainted due to heat or food poisoning. However, it is not possible to say anything accurately without an examination. However, our medical team has gone there. The real mystery will come out only after a health examination.’
