3 killed in Russian drone strikes in various Ukrainian cities including Kiev

Russian forces have carried out multiple drone strikes in various cities in the country, including the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Local authorities have confirmed that 3 people have been killed and 11 injured in the attacks so far. Residential buildings and infrastructure have been damaged in the attacks. US media outlet CNN News reported this information in a report.

The report said that officials in Kiev said that three people were killed in two small towns outside the capital. Several regional centers, including Ukraine’s second largest city Kharkiv, Mykolaiv in the south and Ternopil in the west, were attacked.

In another city, a private car and a business center were damaged in the attack. This is the second consecutive day of attacks across Ukraine.

Earlier, Russia launched a series of drone and missile strikes in Kiev on Friday evening. Several apartment buildings were damaged and 15 people were injured.

Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of the city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine, said drones had hit three districts and injured three people.
