Fourth day of Eid journey: 10 trains leave since morning
City dwellers are leaving the capital to celebrate the holy Eid-ul-Azha. To avoid inconvenience, many are rushing to their homes early.
On Tuesday (June 3), the fourth day of the Eid journey, the passenger pressure started increasing at the capital’s Kamalapur Railway Station since early morning. The first train left the platform at 4 am in the morning.
After that, 10 trains left one by one from different parts of the country till 9 am. Among them, Dhumketu Express left a little late, but the rest of the trains left the platform on time.
The railway authorities have made additional preparations for a smooth journey. No ticketless passenger is being allowed to enter the platform. Passengers are happy with the hassle-free Eid journey.
