    Haifa oil refinery destroyed in missile attack, 3 killed

    A large oil refinery in the occupied Israeli city of Haifa was completely destroyed in an Iranian missile attack and three people were killed in the missile strike, the Israeli media outlet Times of Israel reported.

    According to a report by the media outlet, the Bazan Group, which operates the oil refinery, said in a statement that all of its infrastructure was shut down due to the Iranian missile attack. Earlier, Iran fired missiles at it on Monday (June 16) night.

    In a statement to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the Bazan Group said that the refinery and other companies were completely shut down due to the damage to the refinery’s infrastructure and the damage to the power plant. We are now trying to restore power.
