Claims Missile Attack on Iran’s Mossad Operations Planning Center!
Iran has claimed missile attacks targeting a military intelligence center and a Mossad operations planning center in Israel.
The Tasnim news agency reported this information citing a statement from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Al Jazeera’s news agency.
Earlier, Israeli media reported that a missile hit the central coastal city of Herzliya, which was said to have targeted a ‘sensitive location’.
In addition, Iran has claimed to have destroyed a drone manufacturing factory of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad in Tehran. Iran’s official news agency IRNA reported this information on Monday (June 16).
IRNA reported, citing police spokesman Saeed Montazer al-Mahdi, that the country’s security forces conducted raids in the capital Tehran and Alborz province. Two Mossad agents were arrested in the raids.
IRNA also reported that more than 200 kg of explosives, 23 drone parts, launchers and other technical equipment were seized from the arrested individuals. A Nissan pickup truck was also seized.
Iranian officials said that Mossad spies were trying to carry out terrorist activities inside the country, which included using small drones to target important installations with explosives.
