21 Arab and Muslim countries condemn Israeli attack
21 Arab and Muslim countries have condemned Israel’s attack on Iran. The Egyptian news agency MENA reported that the countries condemned this in a joint statement on Monday (June 16).
They claim that Israel has violated the UN Charter and international law by attacking Iran. The countries also called for a reduction in tensions in the Middle East and nuclear disarmament.
The statement was signed by the foreign ministers of 21 Arab countries, including Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. The countries expressed concern that the Iran-Israel conflict poses a major threat to peace and stability in the Middle East.
