6 people pushed in at Satkhira border again

The BSF has once again pushed in 4 women and 2 men through the Kushkhali border in Satkhira. The BGB handed them over to Satkhira Sadar Police Station on Wednesday (June 18) night.

The Satkhira Sadar Police Station said that they used to go to India at different times and live there. The Indian police arrested them from different areas of Bombay. Later, they pushed in to Bangladesh through the Hakimpur border in 24 Parganas district of West Bengal.

Shaminul Haque, officer-in-charge of Satkhira Sadar Police Station, said that the three were handed over to their families at night. The identity of all of them is being verified. Later, they will be handed over to their families. At this time, he also said that all those pushed in are citizens of Bangladesh.
