Complaint filed against Sheikh Hasina in EC for violating the constitution in three elections by violating the constitution
BNP has filed a complaint with the EC, mainly against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, due to irregularities in the past three elections by violating the constitution.
A three-member delegation led by BNP National Executive Committee member Salahuddin Khan filed the complaint on Sunday (June 22) morning.
Apart from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, BNP has filed this complaint with the Election Commission to take action against 19 people, including the former 3 Chief Election Commissioners, other commissioners and secretaries, and unidentified individuals. However, the list is not final. The names of the accused will be included through investigation.
He also said that the district and upazila level officials who conducted the elections will be included. Earlier, it was proposed to take action against those involved in electoral fraud on the recommendation of the Election Reform Commission.
