Another one-eleven arrangement underway: Nahid Islam
National Citizens Party (NCP) convener Nahid Islam said that another one-eleven arrangement is underway by obstructing the democratic transformation.
He said this in a post on his verified Facebook page on Friday (May 23) evening.
Nahid said, our goal is to free Bangladesh’s politics from all forms of hegemony and run it independently and sovereignly. Bangladesh has been divided repeatedly, national unity has been destroyed, with the aim of keeping Bangladesh weak.
He wrote, since the banning of the Awami League, Delhi is once again trying to create instability in the country, to divide the country. Another one-eleven arrangement is underway by obstructing the democratic transformation.
The NCP leader wrote, “Patriotic, pro-Bangladesh and religious students and masses must remain united in favor of sovereignty, reform and the July mass uprising against fascism and hegemony. Patriotic army officers and soldiers must be ready to protect sovereignty and Bangladesh.
‘Professor Yunus (Professor Muhammad Yunus) must fulfill the promises of reforms, justice and voting rights given to the people. He must resolve all problems politically from his responsibility. The July Declaration must be given within the stipulated time.’
He further wrote, “Elections will be held within the announced timeframe. The July Charter of fundamental reforms will be drafted before the elections. The July Genocide trial must be visible before the elections and a roadmap for the trial must come.
