China wants free and fair elections in Bangladesh
China expects a free and fair election in Bangladesh.
Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Sun Weidong expressed this expectation in talks with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam in the Chinese capital Beijing on Tuesday (June 24) morning.
He said, we are eagerly waiting to work with the new government. China’s assistance to Bangladesh will continue in the development of agriculture, industry, garments, health, and infrastructure.
In this meeting, which began in a cordial atmosphere, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, the head of the BNP delegation, called for taking steps to eliminate trade imbalances and providing assistance in modern technology and increasing efficiency.
