Environment Advisor Calls on Muslim Countries to Work Together
Environment Advisor Rizwana Hassan has called on Muslim countries to work together to reduce unemployment, poverty and carbon emissions. She made the call at the International Social Business Summit organized at a hotel in the capital on Saturday (July 5). Stating that the affected Muslims are not being adequately helped, Advisor Rizwana said that following the Three-Zero theory will play an important role in development, environment, efficiency and employment creation in the Muslim world. Incidentally, the International Social Business Summit is being held in Dhaka with the participation of more than fifty representatives from about 15 countries of the Muslim world.
Entrepreneurs participating in the summit said that this is not just a conference; it is a movement, an initiative for change. They also expressed hope that the Muslim world will move towards a more just and sustainable future through social business. Representatives of Muslim countries praised the post-coup interim government and said that countries that are currently going through a transitional period should come forward to help. At the same time, it is the demand of the hour for everyone to unite to deal with the problems that Muslim countries are going through.
