Ishraq’s supporters again take up position in front of Nagar Bhaban

BNP leader Ishraq Hossain’s supporters have taken up position in front of Nagar Bhaban again, demanding that he be made the mayor of Dhaka South City (DSCC).

His supporters are holding a sit-in program in front of Nagar Bhaban on Monday (June 15) morning. Along with this, Ishraq’s followers also gathered there in groups under the banner of Dhaka Citizens.

Ishraq Hossain later came to Nagar Bhaban after 11 am. As per his announcement on Sunday (June 14), Ishraq Hossain joined a meeting to exchange views with officials and employees of the DSCC’s waste management department to ensure the continuity of emergency services.

He will then talk to the media at 1 pm to announce the decision of the meeting and new programs.
