Jamaat leaders and activists are going to the rally venue in groups

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami is going to hold a national rally at Suhrawardy Udyan today. The party has already made extensive preparations to make the rally a success. In the meantime, leaders and activists from different parts of the country have come to Dhaka and are gathering at the rally venue. Leaders and activists were seen present in the capital’s Suhrawardy Udyan and its surroundings on Saturday (July 19) morning. A field visit showed that leaders and activists and supporters are coming to Dhaka from different parts of the country to join the national rally of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. The presence of the party’s leaders and activists was seen in Shahbagh, Kakrail, Matsabhaban TSC and Doel Chattar areas of the capital. Small groups were seen entering Suhrawardy Udyan. Some were also holding the scale symbol. Most of the leaders and activists who arrived were wearing Punjabi, but some were seen wearing white shirts. The banner reads, ‘The first vote of the youth, let it be against extortionists’, ‘Vote with scales’. It is learned that the party has hired three pairs of special trains to bring leaders and activists to the rally. These trains will run once on the Rajshahi-Dhaka-Rajshahi, Sirajganj-Dhaka-Sirajganj and Mymensingh-Dhaka-Mymensingh routes. It is also learned that the Quran will be recited from 10 am today. Hamd and Naat will be performed in it. The main program will start at 2 pm.
