The body of Hezbollah chief was recovered intact

The body of Hezbollah leader Hasan Nasrullah, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike, has been recovered. His body was intact.

A hospital and another security source confirmed the information to Reuters today.

According to two sources, Nasrullah was not directly injured in the attack. He is believed to have died due to the force of the explosion.

Since last Friday evening, Israel has carried out airstrikes in the southern suburbs of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. One of the targets of the attack was Hezbollah’s headquarters.

Israel claimed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrullah was killed in an attack on Saturday morning the next day. Hezbollah later confirmed Nasrullah’s death in a statement. However, Hezbollah did not say exactly how he died, when and where his funeral will be held.

According to an AFP report, Nasrullah became the head of Hezbollah in 1992 at the age of 32. Hizbollah’s journey was originally started with the support of Iran to drive the occupying Israel from Lebanon’s southern border. The organization was officially established in 1985. Gradually they became the most powerful political and armed organization in the country.
