There is no difference between the previous Awami League and the current BNP: Faizul Karim

Like the Awami League era, BNP leaders are committing looting, torture, killing and oppression. Only the leader has changed but the policy and ideals have not changed. There is no difference between the work of the previous Awami League and the current BNP, said Islami Andolan Bangladesh Senior Nayeb-e-Ameer Mufti Syed Muhammad Faizul Karim. He said this at a mass meeting organized by the party’s Gaibandha district branch at the Shaheed Minar square in Gaibandha Municipality on Tuesday (June 24) evening.

Faizul Karim said that extortion has not changed, only the name and appearance have changed. People must be freed from these. There cannot be any kind of extortion and terrorism. Money laundering in the country must be prevented. He also commented that at that time, BNP leaders, like the Awami League, also gave speeches criticizing Islam. He also said that no tyrant, oppressor, extortionist, or terrorist should be given power in the country. He also commented that this time, Islamist people will unite and take to the field.
