There is no point in making BNP a villain, it will form the government after the election: Nur

The more the election is delayed, the more there will be a conspiracy, said Nurul Haque Nur, President of the People’s Rights Council. He says that some parties and individuals are demanding a delay in the election. They think that if the election is delayed, they will be able to form a party.

He said this at a discussion meeting of the 12-party alliance at the National Press Club on Sunday (May 25) afternoon.

Nur said that no party has opposed the implementation of reforms. There is no point in unnecessarily making a big party like BNP a villain. Currently, no one has the organizational capacity like them. If the election is held, they will form the government. For this, he also alleged that people are being misled by spreading misinformation against them on social media.

Regarding Dr. Yunus’ resignation, he further said that no party has said about his resignation. Many parties, including BNP, are saying that there is a conspiracy about the election in the current context. And December to June – this is a vague roadmap for the election. There should be a clear announcement regarding the month in which the elections will be held.
