US Embassy in Tel Aviv Damaged in Iranian Attack

The US Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, said that the US Embassy building in Tel Aviv suffered “minor damage” after a missile fired from Tehran.

The US Ambassador to Israel gave this information to the X-Post on Monday (June 16).

He said that the US Embassy building in Tel Aviv suffered “minor damage” after a missile fired from Tehran. The impact of the Iranian missile strike near the embassy building was also felt here.

He added that no US personnel were harmed. The US embassies and consulates in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv will remain closed today.

Meanwhile, Iran launched missile attacks targeting Israel early Monday. At least five people were killed and many injured in the attacks in the capital Tel Aviv and the port city of Haifa. The attacks caused fires in homes and damage to power plants.

Incidentally, the Middle East has been heated up for several days with attacks and counterattacks by Iran and Israel. On the morning of June 13, Israel attacked nuclear and military installations in several places in Iran, including Tehran. Later, Iran also launched a counterattack on Israel with intense force. These attacks and counterattacks are ongoing in phases. This has resulted in many casualties.
