‘Government has all kinds of preparations for corona testing and treatment’

The situation has not yet created a situation to panic about Covid. The government has all kinds of preparations for corona testing and treatment, said Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor, Professor Dr. Sayedur Rahman.

He said this after visiting the National Gastroliver Hospital and Chest Disease Hospital in the capital on Monday (June 16).

Dr. Sayedur Rahman said that two specialized hospitals have already been prepared in Dhaka and Chittagong for the treatment of corona patients. If the situation worsens, special units will be set up in other hospitals as well.

He said that the infrastructure of the Chest Disease Hospital needs development. Serious work is being done to combat the increasing dengue in the southern part of the country.

At the same time, the Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor praised the medical activities of the Gastroliver Hospital.
